A high grown organic tea from the misty Greenfield Estate infused with pieces of real ginger grown in our forest gardens. The pieces infuse to give the real flavors of the spice into the tea. Ginger is known for its beneficial properties of healthy digestion, absorption of food, anti inflammatory, fighting respiratory problems and strengthening immunity. The cool climate, mountain soil and the famous trade winds which sweep across the Indian Ocean give this tea its unique Uva character. The Greenfield Estate produces some of the finest high grown teas in Sri Lanka but it maintains two other priorities that define exceptional tea, the people and the environment.
Brewing Directions: 1 tea bag should be immersed in 220 ml (100 ° C) of boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
